During the pandemic, like many people, I began to prioritise health and wellbeing more than ever before. With gyms closed and outdoor activities restricted, I started exploring methods to improve physical and mental resilience from home. That’s when I discovered the incredible benefits of cold water immersion therapy.
Initially, I built my own handmade wooden barrel ice baths to experiment with the practice. The experience was transformative—helping me reduce stress, recover from physical strain, and feel re-energised every day.
